• Coordinate between various departments to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services.
• Resolve conflicts and handle complaints with a focus on achieving high customer satisfaction rates.
• Additionally manage the admin and front office functions for the branch.
• Monitor customer feedback to identify potential areas for improvement in our services.
• Create detailed reports on customer interactions and feedback to inform business strategy.
• Stay updated on industry trends to provide innovative solutions and enhance customer offerings.
