1. Sales Executive or Sales Manager2. Responsible for handling Direct Sales3. Managing all enquiries of walkin customers and customer visits4. Follow up enquiries and fix customer appointments5. Handing site visits &amp; clients6. Frequent follow up with prospective customers to achieve sales target7. Generate enquiries through other sources (existing customers contact, taking part in the realtyexhibition, etc.)8. Report on Sales Activities to reporting authority9. The candidate has to achieve sales targets assigned on a monthly basis.10. Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right priceunder the best terms11. Sales Marketing of a Real Estate Project12. Develop and manage broker network13. Maintain cordial relationships with the brokers and customers where ever required14. Manage the Sales Team, Back Office and all queries related to sales of the project15. Lead Generation, negotiate with customers and close transactions.16. Excellent communication and negotiation skills17. Persuasive with marketing and sales skills18. Customer service orientation19.
