Maintenance Manager Roles & Responsibilities:

1.      Maintain the mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing & lift & Genset systems and equipment to ensure they are in optimal condition to support the daily and emergency activities of the entire campus.

2.       Plan and coordinate all installation & refurbishments.

3.       Mobilize human and physical resources to achieve service objectives within the facility.

4.      Plan & implement a preventive maintenance schedule for the facilities in the entire campus.

5.      Inspect building structure to determine the need for repair or renovations.

6.      Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.

7.      Oversee housekeeping resources for the campus.

8.      Provide training and continuous development on all Maintenance & housekeeping personnel.

9.      Supervise all facilities staff and external contractor.

10.  Handle tool room Maintenance in the campus.

11.  Maintain firefighting equipment (Smoke detector, sprinkler, Fire extinguisher) & organize periodical firefighting training for relevant staff.

12.  Coordinate with the Event Management teams for Smooth & trouble free conduct of all events.

13.  Maintain MIS report about all the equipment in the premises.
