Job brief :

Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment. Maintain and conduct daily inspections of the mechanical HVAC Systems. Monitor and control temperature. Monitor and analyze energy and utilities usage. Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment. Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems or electronic wiring of HVAC. Assemble, install, and maintain pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, etc.

Job Requirements:

*) Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / ITI in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning / Diploma in HVAC .

*) Must have good eyesight and normal colour vision & To read, write & speak in English language.

*) Must need to have experience in handling & troubleshooting with Chillers, Package Units , Split units (O'General ), VRF units (O'General) & but not limited to the below.

• Air Handling Units
• Fan Coil Units
• Exhaust, Fresh Air and Extraction Fans
• Air Conditioning Systems
• Package Units
• Ducted Split Units
• Decorative Split Units
• Window Units
• Computer & Server Room Air Conditioning Units (CRACUs)
• Humidifiers & Dehumidifiers

*) Preferably to have abroad working experience, particularly with Middle East.

*) Working knowledge in oxy acetylene welding/brazing.

*) Strong mechanical mind, and ability to grasp the complexity of inner workings.

*) Ability to write simple technical reports.

*) Knowledgeable in troubleshooting of major fault of ventilation and air-conditioning.

*) Knowledgeable in Refrigeration System repairing by replacing different parts, i.e.; compressor, drier, evaporator and condenser coil etc.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible to maintain Air Conditioning System such as Chillers, Cold Rooms, FCU, AHU, Split AC, HVAC System.

– Diagnose and repair malfunctions in all heating and AC systems; including chiller plant.

– Relocate and expand existing HVAC systems as needed.

– Repair, replace or calibrate controls, thermostats, switches, fuses and electrical wiring.

– Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and procedures for all HVAC equipment, including change of filters and cleaning condensers and coils.
