Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Day-to-day duties and responsibilities:

• ITSM, ITOM, SAM modules of ServiceNow (including Service Portat

Software Asset management, CMDB,Asset Management etc.)

·Writing,testing, and debugging common script types including:

Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Script Includes,

using JavaScript, Angular JS,HTML, CSS and Jelly as required

·Creating and modifying workflow s using Flow Designer and

Workflow editor.

·Working on integration of other tools with

ServiceNow using APls, REST,SOAP, OOTB integrations, etc

• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and demonstrated

understanding of ITIL processes, operations and procedures.

·Working knowledge on MS Excel

• Experience on data analysis & reporting.

Certification I Training :

ServiceNow Certified Appl ication Developer ServiceNow Certified

System Administrator

4+years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular,APl's, REST

and SOAP Integrations.
