Project Manager Retail

Job Description

Looking for a Software project Manager with experience in retail domain having the inclination towards organized, detail-oriented way of working approach.

Should have hand’s on experience on web design, web development, App development (IOS/Android), UI/UX Experience coupled with software project management.

Monitor the entire lifecycle, which includes requirements gathering scheduling, coordinating, managing cost and Delivery of applications.

Job Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end project starting from requirements to Delivery to ensure success and meeting the customer expectations

Formulate comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements and adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline

Implement and nurture the suitable project development methodology practices (Agile/scrum/waterfall) and process

Responsible for organising/co ordinating the Testing and QA to meet the desired acceptable norms of the application features

Conduct the project risk assessment and implement the risk mitigations as appropriate

Ensure the project stays on schedule, cost by adhering to the timelines, close to budget with defined Quality.

Monitor and control project continuously and publish status reports of the progress and deliverables

Coordinate with all stakeholders/Managers/Technical personnel during all project phases

Deliver completed software products/application to clients and assess the application performance

Participate in the assessment of candidates during recruitment

Qualifications & Skills

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, information technology, software development computer science, or a related field

5-7 years of proven experience as a Software Project Manager in information Technology industries and with retail domain (fashion) is a plus.

Experience with API and Web Services.

Hands on experience with software development lifecycle, (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall) practices & process implementation.

Experience and training with project management practices, frameworks, and methodologies and Quality control practices

Working knowledge with environment management, release management, code versioning, deployment methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD tools.

Should have excellent teambuilding, people Development /Management skills

Good Communication (written & Oral) and Project Documentation
