Experience: 7-10 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of achieving sales target and managing a team for atleast 2-3 years
Roles and Responsibilities:
• You are mainly responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy to achieve the branch's revenue and profit targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, by identifying their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies and ensure that the branch remains competitive and relevant.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Developing and training sales team and support staff and ensuring that they are motivated, engaged, and equipped with the skills and resources to deliver outstanding results.
• Ensure that the branch complies with Company policies, procedures, and safety standards, and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Work closely with other departments, such as finance, marketing, and technical support, to ensure that the branch's goals align with the Company's overall objectives.
Skills and Personality:
• Strong Leadership. Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Experience managing and directing a sales team.
• Strong decision-making abilities, business sense and industry expertise
