Job description
•Talent Acquisition & employee life cycle
• Manpower Planning & Budgetary Control.
• Performance Appraisal, Compensation and benefits.
• Responsible for overall HR Management and development including recruitment and
selection process, training and development, talent management, succession planning,
• Where necessary, work in partnership on projects to aid continuous improvement and
implement improvement programmes (e.g change to working practices, organization
changes, lean programmes, etc)
• Provides insights and recommendation on HR initiatives that can be leveraged to
strengthen HR operations.
• Monitor measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans within
agreed format and timescales.
• Manage Reward and Recognition programme and ensure employees are notified of
qualifying rewards in timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor Amber- The employee engagement Chatbot, and ensure feedback from
employees collated and interpreted correctly to help improve employee engagement.
• Update and approve HR & Administration SOPs as per cGMP requirements.
• To review change control for HR & Administration document change.
• To develop, implement and maintain the EMS under the direction of the Environmental
management representative.
• To initiate the plant Training Programs (Soft Skills & Behavioural, Motivational, Leadership)
& responsible for internal communication.
• Responsible for Corrective & Preventive Action on Non - Compliances.
• Update and approve HR & Administration SOPs as per cGMP requirements
• To maintain system and procedure including those for emergency response.
