Job description

• Responsibility of Production & Resource Planning / Scheduling for Robotic & Column boom welding

machine

• Maximize utilization of Robot & Boom Welding system by monitoring daily production activity. Ensure

Performance Enhancing activity, manufacturing process.

• Daily Production monitoring & Co-ordination between cross function departments.
• Control Consumable, Tools, Spare.
• Monitor and control Preventive maintenance or Ensure Total Productive Maintenance
• Ensure Operation Safety and ensure 5S.
• Ensure Quality and timely output from robotic & boom Welding system.
• New job identification and fixturing idea sharing. Carry out Robot programming for prototype.
• Parameter initialization for welding process.
• Operator Training.
• Troubleshooting.

a. Work Experience: 3- 8 Years in robotic welding.

b. Educational Qualification : B.E or B. tech in Electrical / Electronics

c. Technical Skill Required Robot Programming (Prefer OTC , Yaskawa ) , Robotic Welding,

Laser Seam Tracking ( Servo Robot) , Electrical & Mechanical troubleshooting, Robotic

Simulation, SAW & MAG boom welding technology.

d. Experience in Maintenance of Robots ( OTC” preferred
