Roles and Responsibilities

This person will have to coordinate with Director and taking care of HR operation of Hiringheads as well as client place ( whenever required)

Generalist HR

Taking care of Internal Recruitment

Employee Joining & Leaving Formalities, Joining formalities, Exit Formalities

Prepare monthly attendance report of all the clients & maintaining Leave records.

Prepare Salary and look after compaliances

Prepare MIS and PMS reprot of all employee

Administration

Vendor Management.

He'll be handling Pan India Administrative roles

Employees Record keeping and Filing

Maintaining Employee database.

Employee Engagement Activities

taking care of employee engagement activities
