The first batch for Hilton will commence on January 7th, 2024. Below are the requirements and guidelines for the hiring process:

Requirements:

1. Eligibility: Both graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.

2. Experience: Applications are open to both freshers and experienced candidates.

3. Working Hours: 5.5 working days per week, with 9.5 hours per day, including a 1-hour break.

4. Shifts and Offs: Rotational shifts and week-offs.

5. Communication Skills: Candidates must possess excellent communication skills.

6. Campaign Type: This is an Email/Chat campaign.

Salary Structure:

• For Freshers: ₹27,000 CTC (₹24,500 fixed + ₹2,500 PLI)

• For Experienced Candidates: ₹29,000 CTC (₹26,500 fixed + ₹2,500 PLI)
