Job Overview

We are hiring a Tele Caller Executive. As a Tele Caller Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our services, and convincing them to be staffing and recruiting needs. This is a full-time position based in Janakpuri, Delhi, India. The ideal candidate should have 0 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.

• Strong product knowledge of staffing and recruiting services.
• Excellent active listening and communication skills
• Ability to adapt and handle objections effectively.
• Computer literate with knowledge of CRM software
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Experience in maintaining call records and handling customer information
• Understanding customer needs and providing suitable solutions

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our services
• Convince and persuade customers to choose Hire Xpert for their staffing and recruiting needs
• Monitor and follow up with potential customers to ensure successful conversion
• Maintain call records and update customer information in the database
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and meet team goals.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and provide feedback to the management.
