Departments / Areas:

We are recruiting for the following core operational units:

HSM (Hot Strip Mill), Roll Shop, Coil Yard, Slab Yard, RHF Utilities, SMS-II (Caster), and CRM (Cold Rolling Mill). These departments play a critical role in steel production, processing, and finishing, and require experienced professionals who can work in a high-performance industrial environment.

Positions Open:

Currently, the company is hiring for the following positions:

• Mould Operator

• Furnace Operator

• Mill Operator

Selected candidates will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining equipment and processes within their respective areas. The roles involve ensuring smooth production flow, adherence to safety standards, quality control, and coordination with shift supervisors and technical teams.

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in a steel plant, manufacturing unit, or heavy industry environment.

• Qualification: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in a relevant trade is mandatory.

Candidates should have strong technical knowledge, practical hands-on experience, and the ability to work in rotating shifts. A commitment to safety, discipline, and teamwork is essential.
