Roles and Responsibilities

• Administer direct patient care including vital sign monitoring, medicine administration, and continuous patient assessment.
• Perform patient admissions, develop individualized nursing care plans, and support overall clinical operations as guided by physicians.
• Administer prescribed medications and injections while adhering strictly to established protocols and schedules.
• Provide sensitive end-of-life care, support to family members, and assistance in final arrangements for deceased patients.
• Conduct oxygen therapy and monitor oxygen levels, ensuring safe and precise delivery according to patient needs.
• Carry out sterile dressing changes and wound irrigations, maintaining rigorous hygiene and clinical safety standards.
• Maintain comprehensive patient records and documentation for all clinical interventions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams and contribute to ongoing patient education, safety practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
