Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care as per physician’s instructions and hospital protocols.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and medical information accurately.
• Administer medication and injections safely and timely.
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation in wards and treatment areas.
• Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies.
• Prepare and maintain patient reports, case sheets, and nursing documentation.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and preventive health.
• Ensure adherence to infection control and hospital safety policies.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of nursing principles and patient care.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle emergency and critical situations calmly.
• Compassionate attitude towards patients and families.
• Basic computer knowledge for medical record keeping.

Additional Requirements:

• Valid Nursing Registration Certificate (as per State Nursing Council).
