We are hiring a Staff Nurse for our Multi-specialty Hospital in Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh, India. This is a full-time position with a focus on providing excellent patient care in various department such as General ward, Surgical ward, ICU, and Emergency. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 5 years of experience as a Staff Nurse.

Qualifications and Skills

• GNM/ B.Sc Nursing
• Valid state nursing license
• 1 to 5 years of experience as a Staff Nurse
• Strong knowledge of general ward, surgical ward, ICU, and emergency nursing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Monitor, record, and report changes in patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Assist with patient assessments and create individualized care plans
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure effective patient care
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
