Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, messages, and other channels
Qualify prospects based on requirements, budget, and purchase intent
Schedule and coordinate site visits in a timely and organized manner
Accompany clients during site visits and present project features, amenities, and value proposition
Address client queries and provide accurate information on pricing, offers, and availability
Build rapport with clients to enhance engagement and trust
Conduct timely and structured follow-ups post site visit
Maintain and update lead status in CRM systems
Work towards achieving assigned site visit and sales targets
Relationship Manager (Real Estate)
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound leads for the project
Qualify prospects and assess buying intent
Schedule and accompany site visits with clients
Deliver project presentations and walkthroughs
Negotiate and close bookings within defined timelines
Conduct post-visit follow-ups to improve conversion rates
Maintain and manage lead pipeline in CRM
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure and documentation
