We are looking for a Senior Architect with 7 to 10 years of experiencet. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from concept design through to completion. Qualifications and Skills

• 7 to 10 years of experience as an Architect
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Proficiency in architectural design software and tools
• Strong knowledge of corporate interiors, interior design, interior architecture, and commercial architecture
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and stakeholders
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability principles

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept design through to completion
• Develop and present design proposals to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior architects
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards
• Oversee the production of detailed drawings and specifications
• Monitor project progress and budget to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
