Role Summary:

We are seeking Dynamic Sales Engineers with experience in the Automation Industry to drive sales growth, develop client relationships, and provide technical solutions for our products. The role requires strong technical understanding of automation systems and the ability to engage with industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Industrial Automation solutions.
• Promote and sell products such as Servo systems, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, VFDs, and Control Panels.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, OEMs, and channel partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams for customized solutions and project coordination.
• Meet assigned sales targets and prepare regular performance reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales within the automation industry.
• Knowledge of Servo Drives, PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, and Control Panels.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
