• Coordinate and follow up with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, and orders.

• Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, agreements, presentations, and reports.

• Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and sales tracking systems.

• Handle order processing, invoicing, and ensure timely delivery coordination with logistics/operations teams.

• Act as a point of contact between sales executives and clients for efficient communication.

• Support in preparing sales forecasts, MIS reports, and tracking team performance.

• Make 40–50 calls daily to schedule and coordinate meetings/appointments with architects for the sales team.

• Ensure after-sales support and customer satisfaction follow-ups.

• Liaise with internal teams (finance, logistics, production, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of sales orders.
