Job Description: Scrub Nurse

📍 Location: Mangalore, Karnataka

🏥 Department: Operation Theatre (OT)

🎓 Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing

📋 Experience: 1-6 years

🛂 License Requirement: KNC mandatory Registered Nurse(Other state also we can take(NOC need to submit)

Job Responsibilities:

Assist surgeons during surgical procedures by preparing and handling sterile instruments.

Maintain a sterile environment and ensure adherence to infection control protocols.

Arrange and pass surgical instruments, sutures, and supplies during operations.

Ensure proper sterilization and handling of surgical equipment.

Monitor and support patient care before, during, and after surgery.

Work closely with anesthetists, surgeons, and OT teams for efficient workflow.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of surgical procedures.

Skills Required:

✅ Expertise in surgical instrumentation and aseptic techniques

✅ Strong knowledge of infection control and patient safety protocols

✅ Ability to handle emergency situations in OT

✅ Excellent teamwork and communication skills
