Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assigned equipment and machinery in respective department.
• Ensure smooth production flow with adherence to safety & quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during operations.
• Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Maintain daily logs and operational reports.
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors for seamless shift operations.

Requirements

• ITI certification in relevant trade.
• Minimum 2 years of industrial/manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of production, maintenance, or operations (depending on department).
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Strong commitment to safety, discipline, and teamwork.
