Job Summary:

The Nursing Educator is responsible for providing high-quality education and training to nursing students and staff. This role involves developing curriculum, delivering lectures, facilitating clinical training, and ensuring the academic and professional growth of learners. The educator will also collaborate with healthcare professionals to maintain current industry practices and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Development and Delivery:

o Design, update, and implement nursing education programs aligned with accreditation standards.

o Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments to meet learning objectives.

o Deliver classroom lectures, clinical training, and simulation-based learning.

2. Student Support and Mentorship:

o Provide academic guidance and mentorship to nursing students.

o Evaluate and monitor student progress through assessments and feedback.

o Offer support to students to enhance their learning experience and career development.

3. Clinical Supervision:

o Coordinate and supervise clinical rotations in collaboration with healthcare facilities.

o Ensure students adhere to clinical guidelines and patient safety protocols.

o Evaluate clinical competencies and provide feedback to improve performance.
