Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent knowledge and application of renal transplantation care to manage post-operative patients effectively (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in nephrology to diagnose and treat kidney-related disorders, ensuring patient health is monitored closely (Mandatory skill).
• Registered nephrologist with an understanding of nephrological conditions and the latest treatment methodologies (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) to support critical care patients requiring comprehensive kidney management.
• Strong understanding of kidney physiology and pathology to provide accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Experience in kidney transplant programs, understanding the surgical procedures, and post-operative care requirements.
• Ability to serve as a nephrology consultant, providing expert advice and guidance to improve patient care outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effectively interacting with patients and medical staff.

Roles and Responsibilities
