Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for Co-Ordinating Project Management Activities of MEP works of multiple projects
· Preparation of Project Implementation Program for MEP works
· Review of MEP designs, budgets cost estimates and give comments on improvements
· Ensure program implementation in projects and report to Project Director
· Guide and give training to Site MEP team for effective quality control and monitoring
· Good Computer based planning and reporting skills
· Good Communication and documentation skills
· Proactiveness and positive attitude
· Hard working. Target Oriented.
· Should have experience in leadership position at least one large Construction Projects, preferably building projects.
· Experience in building services like, Electrical, HVAC, FPS, PHE, FAS, IBMS is a must.
EDUCATION- BE - Electrical
Min: BE –Electrical ( Should be from Design Background – CO-ordinating multiple projects)
