Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled ICU/ OT Staff Nurse to join our team. As an ICU/ OT Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in the intensive care unit and operating theater. This is a full-time position located in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse license
• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience as an ICU/ OT Staff Nurse
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of medical equipment and procedures
• Familiarity with electronic medical records

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients in the ICU and operating theater
• Provide direct patient care and administer prescribed medications
• Monitor patient vital signs and ensure patient safety
• Assist with surgical procedures and maintain sterile conditions
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records
• Educate patients and their families about their condition and treatment options
• Follow hospital policies and protocols
• Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines
