Experience Required: Minimum 6 months – 1 year

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in OT, PICU, NICU, and LDR departments.
• Monitor, record, and report patient conditions and vital signs.
• Assist doctors during procedures, surgeries, and treatments.
• Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as per prescriptions.
• Ensure proper maintenance of medical equipment and sterile environment.
• Educate patients and their families about post-operative/clinical care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with hospital policies.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide critical care support.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing.
• Must be registered with the State Nursing Council.
• Knowledge of infection control protocols and hospital safety practices.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and team player.
