Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in an ICU setting, ensuring advanced patient care and response.
• Must possess excellent critical care skills (Mandatory skill), ensuring high-quality care for critically ill patients.
• In-depth knowledge and experience as an intensivist, managing and monitoring patients requiring intensive treatment.
• Proficiency in emergency procedures and protocols to handle urgent and high-risk situations effectively.
• Experience with centralized line placement and other crucial invasive procedures.
• Skilled in intubation and airway management, maintaining patient stability in critical situations.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive patient care.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and provide comprehensive care for patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
• Perform and supervise critical procedures such as central line insertion and intubation.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, ensuring appropriate interventions and treatments.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient care and treatment progress.
• Educate patients and families on procedures, treatment plans, and recovery processes.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in critical care practices and treatments.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
