🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Address and resolve customer complaints related to real estate projects
✔️ Keep accurate records of grievances and follow-ups
✔️ Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Legal, CRM, Projects, etc.) for issue resolution
✔️ Ensure customer issues are resolved in line with company policies and RERA guidelines
✔️ Provide timely updates to customers regarding their concerns
✔️ Support in possession and handover processes
✔️ Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
🧠 Key Skills & Requirements:
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Good conflict resolution and negotiation abilities
• Customer-first mindset with attention to detail
• Familiarity with real estate documentation & handover procedures
• Proficiency in CRM tools and grievance management systems
• Knowledge of RERA guidelines is a plus
• Experience: 3+ years preferred
• Gender: Female Candidates Only
