Responsibilities -

• Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, respiratory therapists, and pharmacists.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with life-threatening conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Perform invasive procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and dialysis.
• Communicate effectively with patients' families regarding condition and care plans.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.
• Participate in patient rounds, case discussions, and medical education initiatives.
