One for supervision of erection and commissioning of equipment at sites across India or may be at abroad also some times. Should be a having a degree or diploma in mechanical engineering, having some knowledge of mineral processing equipment, experience in industrial sites, travelling etc. Salary Rs.25,000.00 per month tentatively. Asst supervisor.

• Experience as a supervisor or assistant supervisor
• Knowledge of erection and commissioning processes
• Strong supervisory and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and coordinating staff
• Support the Supervisor in daily operational tasks
• Monitor and report on team performance
• Assist in training new staff members
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
