Job Title: Assistant Manager RBI & FEMA Compliance (For Mines Industry - Corporate Office)

Department: Compliance / Legal

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA

Reporting To: Senior GM – RBI & FEMA

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors Degree in Law / Commerce (LLB / B.Com)
• Additional certifications in FEMA / Compliance will be an added advantage

Experience:

• Min 5 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience with law firms, FEMA consultants, or compliance roles preferred
• Hands-on experience in RBI and FEMA regulations is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and FEMA regulations
• Handle FEMA-related filings, documentation, and reporting
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor changes in RBI/FEMA regulations and assess impact on business
• Support in drafting legal/compliance documentation and agreements
• Conduct internal audits and compliance checks
• Assist in handling notices, queries, and regulatory inspections
• Maintain proper records and documentation as per compliance standards

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of RBI regulations and FEMA guidelines (Top Priority)
• Good understanding of foreign exchange laws and compliance framework
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Ability to interpret legal/regulatory requirements
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Candidates from law firms, consulting firms, or compliance backgrounds
• Experience in handling FEMA cases and RBI compliance independently
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
