Key Responsibilities 

Engineering & Maintenance Management 

 Lead Electrical and Mechanical Engineering teams to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing 

operations. 

 Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for production 

equipment and plant utilities. 

 Ensure high equipment availability, reliability, and operational efficiency across manufacturing 

lines. 

 Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve equipment 

performance. 

Manufacturing Support 

 Support SMT, Assembly, Testing, Packaging, and NPI operations through effective engineering 

solutions. 

 Collaborate with Production, Quality, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, and EHS teams to 

achieve plant objectives. 

 Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks to improve throughput and manufacturing efficiency. 

 Lead capacity enhancement and automation projects. 

Utilities & Facility Management 

Manage end-to-end operation and maintenance of all plant utilities, including: 

 HT/LT Electrical Distribution Systems 

 Transformers and Switchgear 

 DG Sets and Power Backup Systems 

 UPS Systems and Battery Banks 

 HVAC Systems 

 Precision Air Conditioning (PAC) 

 Chillers and Cooling Towers 

 Air Compressors and Compressed Air Network 

 Clean Room Systems 

 Process Exhaust Systems 

 Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems 

 Building Management System (BMS) 

 Energy Monitoring Systems 

Quality, Safety & Compliance 

 Ensure compliance with ISO standards, EHS regulations, and customer requirements. 

 Lead root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for equipment and process-related 

issues. 

 Support audits and compliance activities. 

 Promote a strong safety culture across engineering and maintenance teams.\
