📋 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute zonal sales strategy aligned with national goals.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a regional sales team.
• Generate business in medical education (medical colleges, institutions, etc.).
• Own the sales cycle: lead gen → closure → CRM updates.
• Build partnerships with key stakeholders in the healthcare/education industry.
• Represent the company at medical trade events and conferences.
• Collaborate with national sales head, marketing, and support teams.

🎯 Experience & Qualifications:
• Education: MBA in Sales + relevant Bachelor's degree (science/engineering/medical preferred).
• Experience:
o 4+ years in capex medical/healthcare equipment sales.
o Proven ₹50–100 crore sales annually for the last 2 years.
o Leadership in managing high-performance sales teams.
• Skills:
o Strong medical/educational network in the region.
o Excellent verbal and written communication.
o CRM proficiency, analytical skills, and adaptability.

🧠 Preferred Background:
MD, MBBS, BDS, nursing, physiotherapy, science grads, or biomedical engineers.
