Skills Required:

2 to 3 Years of experience in Outbound/Inbound calling with excellent communication

Should be willing to work from Office

Willing to work in night shift(US Shift)

Previous financial services experience is a plus

Excellent PC skills

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

Attention to detail
