Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Engineer with a background in Google Cloud CCAI products, Google Dialog Flow framework, Virtual Agents, and related technologies. As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing the deployment of Google Cloud's CCAI products for our customers. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and providing expert consultation to internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with CCAI customers to facilitate the successful deployment of new Google Cloud SaaS offerings.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of Google Cloud’s CCAI products and solutions, troubleshooting and determining the root cause for customer issues.
• Act as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders, including engineering, sales, and customer organizations, to overcome technical deployment obstacles.
• Manage and resolve customer issues by providing effective diagnosis, resolution, documentation, or implementation of investigation tools.
• Collaborate with a global team of engineers or consultants to ensure 24-hour customer support, which may involve occasional non-standard work hours, shifts, or weekend work.
• Advocate for customer needs by communicating and working with internal product and engineering teams to drive improvements and implement production changes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in working with Google CCAI products, Google Dialog Flow framework, Virtual Agents, and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP concepts, Unix/Linux basic administration and commands, and client-server protocols.
• Familiarity with APIs and their usage, such as Speech to Text and Vision APIs.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to reproduce and analyze complex technical issues.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and customers.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle occasional non-standard work hours.
