Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using Java and React.js for a product company</li><li>Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring / Spring Boot</li><li>Build responsive and user-friendly UI components using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript</li><li>Integrate frontend applications with backend services and databases</li><li>Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards</li><li>Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps)</li><li>Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement</li><li>Support deployment and production issues as needed</li></ul> Required Skills &amp; Qualifications Backend <ul><li>Strong proficiency in Java (8+)</li><li>Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA</li><li>Knowledge of RESTful API design and Microservices architecture</li><li>Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)</li><li>Familiarity with JWT, OAuth2, Spring Security</li></ul> Frontend <ul><li>Strong experience with React.js</li><li>Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3</li><li>Experience with Redux / Context API</li><li>Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility</li></ul>
