Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Software Engineer to join our team at our Bangalore Urban location. This is a full-time or internship position suitable for individuals with 1 to 3 years of work experience in software development. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and maintaining our software solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Python for back-end development tasks, with the ability to write clean and efficient code.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript and experience working with frameworks such as React.
• Familiarity with server-side technologies and frameworks, especially Node.js.
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker for developing, maintaining and deploying applications is required.
• Understanding of orchestration platforms like Kubernetes for managing containerized applications is beneficial.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services for deploying and scaling applications.
• Solid knowledge of SQL for database management and data manipulation tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions in collaboration with the development team.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and cleanliness, adhering to established company standards.
• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with other engineers and departments to create seamless and effective software solutions.
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies and best practices to improve project outcomes.
• Contribute to documentation for software solutions, ensuring clarity and accuracy for future reference.
• Support the troubleshooting and resolution of software application issues as they arise.
• Implement and maintain core database systems and interfaces using SQL and other appropriate tools.
