Job Responsibilities 

Work with BHs/Hiring managers to determine the staffing needs.

Use professional networking sites and social media platforms to fetch potential candidates.

Collect, process, and analyse the information about candidates including resumes, contacts, and social media.

Ensuring the job descriptions properly define the needs of the company.

Establish long-term relations with potential and previous candidates.

Analyse trends to forecast the quarterly and annual hiring needs by the departments.

Planning the interview and selection process including screening calls, interviews.

Ensure meeting targets of closures as per business needs.

Skills Required

Proven experience in Recruitment

Good Communication, Convincing skills

Qualification- MBA in HR (Full Time only) 

CTC up to 10 to 14 LPA
