Experience in Rest Assured (API automation tool) is a must 

Automation Testing Experience using Selenium Web driver.

Experience in automation framework creation and maintenance

Strong hands-on experience in UI and API automation

Excellent programming in languages like Basic JAVA

Good understanding on SDET concepts and principles

Excellent communication: Needs to clearly present his analysis to other teams involved to arrive at a solution after discussion.

Analytical skills: Should be able to collaborate and understand relationships between different teams and domains

Self-starter with appetite to learn new technologies.
