Job Title : Team Lead / Software Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled software architect to lead our development team in creating software solutions that meet our clients' needs.

You will be responsible for communicating with the sales team to determine the requirements, creating comprehensive solution plans, and leading a team of developers as they create a polished final product.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the software development effort and set up proper internal processes for SDLC and Agile development methodologies

Collaborating with various stakeholders to determine software requirements.

Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility

Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards

Presenting regular progress reports and setting goals.

Testing the final product to ensure it is completely functional and meets requirements.

Updating software solutions as required

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering

6-8 years’ experience designing and developing data driven / analytic software applications

Proficiency in programming, data analytics, statistics and modelling

Proficiency in .Net, ASP.NET, C#, Microsoft Azure

Proficiency in programs for data science, AI/ML such as python, R, Tableau

Hands-on experience with RDBMS platforms such as MySQL, SQL, Oracle, etc.

Hands-on experience with NoSQL / Document

Database platforms such as Mongo DB, Casandra, Couchbase, DynamoDB, etc.

Familiarity with JavaScript UI frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.

Proficiency in microservices architecture

Well versed with CI CD pipeline, version control - Git, build automation tools

Experience working on complex software projects

Strong problem-solving skills, technical troubleshooting and diagnosing

Expected to be a role model for young developers, have a strong sense of code quality, and enforce code quality within the team
