Job Overview

We are hiring a Tele Counsellor with 6 months -8 years of experience. As a Tele Counsellor, you will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, and tele sales. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in outbound calling and tele sales
• Strong ability to generate leads and meet sales targets
• Knowledge of the recruitment industry is a plus
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in English and Hindi languages
• Graduate/Post graduate
• Under graduate can also applicable (Minimum 12th passout with result)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates and provide them with information about job opportunities
• Generate leads and follow up with potential candidates through tele sales
• Achieve set targets for lead generation and sales
• Update and maintain a database of potential candidates
• Provide excellent customer service and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process

Job Description:

Can communicate in Hindi and English both

Working time:

6 days working (Monday - FRiday)

10 AM to 7PM Office hours
