Job Overview


We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with our clients. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer service role.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software
  • Ability to handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
