• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Post job openings on various online platforms
• Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and other channels
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs
