Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR BPO Solutions to join our team at HireBloc Ventures Pvt Ltd. As a part of our Recruitment Agency & Staffing Industry, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR solutions to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, and requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in the HR field.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Screen and evaluate candidates to identify the best fit for our clients
• Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate selection and offer negotiation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our HR systems
