Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat interactions professionally.
  • Provide prompt and accurate information to customer queries and concerns.
  1. International Process:
  • Work in either international voice or non-voice processes, based on organizational requirements.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery to meet client expectations.
  1. Night Shifts:
  • Work in 24/7 (Night Shifts) with a 9.5-hour shift duration, including a 1-hour break.
  • Adhere to the schedule and maintain consistent performance during night hours.
  1. Problem Resolution:
  • Analyze customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure satisfactory resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher levels when necessary.
  1. Adherence to Quality Standards:
  • Follow company policies, quality standards, and best practices.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum educational qualification: 12th/Graduates/PG.
  • Minimum of 18 months of experience in customer support.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to adapt to night shifts and work in a 24/7 environment.

Working Days:

  • 5 days working week.
