Job Overview


We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our team at HireBloc Ventures Pvt Ltd, a leading Recruitment Agency in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients and candidates. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, and is suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to empathize with clients and candidates, demonstrating a customer-centric approach
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team
  • Familiarity with the Staffing and Recruiting industry is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and candidates, resolving inquiries and providing assistance in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage and prioritize multiple customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and candidate records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
  • Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams to address and escalate complex customer issues
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and contribute ideas to optimize processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance customer care strategies
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, updating databases, and preparing reports
