We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and enhancing our HR operations and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attendance Management:
Monitor employee attendance and ensure timely follow-up on discrepancies.
- Payroll & Compliance:
Prepare payroll and coordinating with statutory team for ESI and PF challans.
Ensure all statutory dues are paid on or before due dates.
- Training & Meetings:
Organize and facilitate employee training programs, meetings, and related requirements.
- Vendor Management:
Manage relationships and coordination with external vendors.
- Talent Acquisition:
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including:
Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Conducting initial interviews and scheduling final-level interviews.
- Employee Onboarding:
Oversee and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Inter-Department Coordination:
Collaborate with the Marketing team to address and fulfill field requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong Communication skill
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
- Proven experience (2–4 years) in Admin & HR.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance (ESI/PF).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
