Job Overview
The SAP CRM Functional position at Hinduja Tech is a mid-level role based in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing SAP CRM solutions to enhance customer relationship management processes. This role requires a strong understanding of various SAP platforms, with significant involvement in projects catering to the automotive sector. The candidate should be familiar with digital transformation and enterprise solutions in the context of an engineering services organization.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA to design, implement, and enhance business processes for seamless integration and automation within the organization.
- Proficiency in ABAP Programming to effectively troubleshoot, modify, and develop SAP applications enhancing CRM functionalities.
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) for managing customer engagements and creating a unified customer experience across multiple touchpoints.
- Experience with SAP Fiori to deliver innovative user experiences through intuitive and responsive applications for enhanced CRM operations.
- Extensive knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and applications to foster strong customer connections and improve customer satisfaction.
- Understanding of SAP Hybris to implement commerce solutions allowing seamless online and Omni-channel experiences aligned with customer needs.
- Competence in SAP BW/4HANA to manage data warehousing needs, enabling sophisticated reporting and data analysis for informed decision-making.
- Ability to analyze and optimize Business Process Integration ensuring cohesive operation across diverse business functions enhancing productivity.
- Certified in SAP CRM Version 7.0, focusing on Web UI concepts and base customization.
