Job Overview

We are seeking a CRM Technical Consultant at a mid-level position to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time role that demands a high level of expertise in CRM systems, focusing on delivering top-tier solutions for our clients. The consultant will leverage technical skills to implement, customize, and support CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Core ABAP [All RICEF subjects included].
• Hands-on experience in Web-Dynpro.
• Desirable experience in ALE-Idocs and Workflow.
• Desirable experience in CDS views, AMDP, and Odata services.
• Experience in migration project from ECC to S/4 HANA – highly preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience mandated.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implement CRM technical solutions to meet client business requirements effectively.
• Customize CRM systems through programming and integration with other enterprise applications.
• Perform thorough testing of CRM solutions to ensure functionality and user acceptance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions for various automotive clients.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
• Actively participate in client meetings to understand their needs and suggest enhancements.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of CRM configurations and enhancements.
• Continuously improve CRM systems by incorporating new technologies and methodologies.
